Cement grinding
For this production stage, the Polysius scope of supply includes a wide choice of solutions allowing every client to find the grinding concept which best suits its objectives.
The ball mill - well proven for this application, can be used with one or two compartments, in which case it can be operated very cost-effectively combined with our high efficiency separator SEPOL®.
The vertical roller mill DOROL® is reliable, economic and particularly appropriate for high fineness grinding.
Besides the raw grinding and the slag grinding, the high pressure grinding roll POLYCOM® has also proven of value for the cement grinding. It considerably reduces the energy consumption compared with a conventional grinding system. When it is integrated in an existing classical grinding plant, it increases the output to a large extent.
Related equipment such as flash dryers, fines coolers, dust collection filters which may prove necessary in a grinding plant, complete the Polysius products range.
