Polysius offers preheater/calciner concepts that are innovative and nevertheless technically mature for the production of white and grey cement; for new plants as well as plant conver-sions, and tailored to the desired production capacity - no matter whether this is less than 1,000 or more than 10,000 tonnes per day.
The multistage one- or two-string DOPOL® 90 cyclone preheater with calciner system is an essential component of any modern clinker production line.
The different PREPOL® calcining systems, i.e. PREPOL® AS-CC, PREPOL® AS-MSC and PREPOL® AS-MSC-CC enable Polysius to offer the clients individually designed solutions regarding the production security, the system flexibility and the emission reductions.
